Work in the best interests of the development of players.
Put the interests of the club first in all matters.
Work to ensure your team performs to the best of its ability in all matters.

Parents
Remember, young players are involved in sport for their enjoyment, not yours.
Encourage your child always to play by the laws of the game.
Teach young children that honest endeavour is as import as winning, so that the result of each game is accepted without disappointment.
Set a good example by applauding good play on both sides.
Never ridicule, humiliate or shout at players for making a mistake or losing a match.

Players
Play for enjoyment, not just to please somebody else.
Play by the laws of the game and accept the referees decision. Remember, without referees there would be no games.
Play with control, do not lose your temper.
Play for your team. Your team's performance will benefit and so will your own.
Be a good sport. Applaud all good play.
Respect your opponent. Treat all players as you would like to be treated.

Spectators
